Mycelium Search was founded by Adam Davies and Adam Alderton-Swart following combined fifteen years operating within organisations as Heads of Talent and a combined ten years in executive search practices.

During this time they were responsible for building leadership capability within organisations navigating periods of rapid growth, international expansion and organisational transformation. 

 

Having experienced the challenges of leadership hiring from within businesses themselves, they established Mycelium Search to provide an executive search partner grounded in real operational experience.
